Officer Anthony Dia 26, was shot and killed while responding to a “check the safety call” at 12:11 a.m. on July 4th, regarding an intoxicated man in the parking lot of the Home Depot hardware store located at 1035 W Alexis Rd, Toledo, Ohio.
