Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz issued a declaration Thursday that “all residents of Toledo should wear face coverings when in public”. While this declaration is not a legal mandate, the Toledo City Council is working on an ordinance that would make wearing masks in public mandatory, that ordinance will be voted on next Tuesday 7/14.
